Louis grew up in Lindsay in the restaurant business as a child and learned the business from the ground up, working with his parents and sister, a true family experience.

His eventual travels to Europe playing Professional Basketball added to his love of wine and food, in particular Italian & Mediterranean cuisines. The last 12 years were spent in California owning and operating his own successful Wine Import and Distribution business. This avenue developed his love of wines and eventual Sommelier Certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers and The Wine & Spirit Education Trust.

His vision is to bring to the customer some unique wines from regions around the world, that are also well priced and set in a great environment for an amazing experience.
