Pane Vino Chef

Since being appointed Chef of Pane Vino, Justin has incorporated a number of signature dishes into the menu and continues to create and modify traditional Italian favourites.

At Pane Vino, Justin is able to take his culinary skills honed at Durham College, working under Chef Andrew Munro and Chef Eelkje Visser and apply that training to his love of cooking.  Justin seeks out the best local products he can find to present his clients with edible artwork.

Justin takes his italian culinary experience to new levels and we hope that you will come visit us soon.
